Tucked away with full privacy from the remainder of The Transept and with its own private entrance, The Agreeing Room is an advantageous atmosphere for making a decision. In fact, that was the inspiration for the name. Though the name once upon a time exclusively inspired business negotiations in corporate settings, its purpose today has expanded to hosting a variety of intimate gatherings.
The rustic chef’s dining table first draws attention as you saunter through the private entrance and into the intimate space. It’s a true lounge, and though it is themed with a soft, rustic appeal, the space is sharp with contemporary detail. Opening up on one side is a view of a modern action kitchen where we host pop up dinners in Cincinnati. Surrounding the gorgeous table are lounging chairs and couches, plush with comfort and ambiance.
The Agreeing Room is one of OTR and Cincinnati’s greatest small event venue spaces. Our hosts and guests enjoy a variety of intentions here, from wedding planning to family celebrations to corporate dinners with honored guests. We often host cocktail parties, board meetings and intimate dining experiences—many hosts choose to include all three in a single evening.
